Hospice of the Golden Isles Announces Dr. Lindsey Rish’s Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care

March 27, 2023 (Brunswick, Ga.) – Hospice of the Golden Isles is proud to announce Dr. Lindsey Rish, Chief Medical Director, recently received her board certification in Hospice and Palliative Care.

“We are so incredibly proud of Dr. Lindsey Rish for passing her board certification in hospice and palliative care,” said Paula DiLandro, Executive Director of Hospice of the Golden Isles. “This achievement speaks to her commitment and knowledge of the specialty of hospice and palliative care, as well as her dedication to caring for those with a serious life-limiting illness. Dr. Rish joined Hospice of the Golden Isles in October, board-certified in Family Medicine, and had already begun her journey toward her Hospice and Palliative Care board certification. With this distinction, Dr. Rish will be able to provide much-needed expertise in the management of patients with the progressive disease for whom the prognosis is limited, and the focus of care is quality of life.
