Gifts in Memory
Honoring the memory of someone you love by making a gift to Hospice of the Golden Isles is a meaningful way to celebrate a legacy. When making a general donation, simply choose the “In Memory” or “Tribute” option. Your donations help support our mission of providing the Best Care When It Matters Most regardless of ability to pay. Another lasting way to remember a loved one is by requesting donations in lieu of flowers or gifts at memorial services.
Memory Brick Walk
As Hospice of the Golden Isles paves the way for compassionate end-of-life care in our community, we are honored to remember those whom we have served. The Memory Brick Walk program allows families and friends to honor their loved ones by purchasing a brick that becomes part of our commemorative walkway. For a gift of $125 your inscribed brick will be placed on the path leading to the main entrance of our peaceful, tranquil Hospice House. If you wish to honor a Veteran, the brick can be placed under our American flag.
Tree of Remembrance
The Tree of Remembrance is prominently located in the foyer of Hospice House and is seen by all visitors to our facility. The tree is adorned with beautiful metal leaves that can be engraved with names, quotes, verses, or comments as specified by the donor. A gift of $250 can be made to purchase a copper leaf, $500 for a silver leaf, and $1,000 for a brass leaf. A gift of $5,000 or more will be recognized by white doves.
