Accepting Applications For:

Unit Coordinator (Full-time)  - Job opportunity for a Unit Coordinator to greet and direct visitors and provide administrative support for clinical staff for the inpatient Hospice Facility. Requires 1-3 years of experience in health care administration, using computers and EMR, phones, etc.  Must be able to work any day of the week and on rotating weekends and holidays. Shift is typically 10 hour days 4X weekly.  Must complete a background check and maintain a current drivers' license and CPR certification.

Certified Nursing Assistant - C.N.A. (Full-time and PRN) - Job opportunities available at Hospice of the Golden Isles. one full-time positions are inpatient care, day shift - requires 12 hour shifts 3X per week. Two PRN positions: 1 field team days and 1 inpatient (day/night hours). Responsible for personal care needs of patients and related tasks; must possess a current license to practice as a CNA in the State of Georgia and maintain a current CPR certification.  Requires ability to lift 50 lbs and perform CNA duties directed by the LPN/RN.  Must possess a valid driver's license and required liability coverage.  Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.  CNA - CHPNA is desired.

Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses  - Job opportunities are available at Hospice of the Golden Isles. We are accepting applications for PRN RNs for field and inpatient; Full Time LPN and PRN LPN positions for our inpatient facility - Hospice House.  Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with Federal and State guidelines and to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.  Must possess the required licensing in the state of GA.  Must maintain a current CPR certification, GA driver's license, and liability coverage. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform and direct nursing care for patients.  Possess excellent written and oral communciations skills and computer skills.  RN - Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPN) is desired.  Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
